MYPERFORMANCE3102
Performance Art interventions with Anders Zettelmann, Frank Homeyer, Grit Lindau, Julie Jaffrenou, Patrick Jambon, Richard Raabensaat, Stephanie Hanna, Yoto + more

Performance-Art-Künstler werden den öffentlichen Raum rund um den
Herrfurthplatz und seinem Wochenmarkt in der Zeit von 11.00 bis 14.00
intervenieren.

The Performance-Art-Artists will present current positions in the sphere of performance art, beetween 11am and 2pm at the weekly market and around the church (intervention in the public sphere).

MyPerformance intends to support and develop the scene of performance art. Everybody is free to go and to meet up with this kind of contemporary art. MyPerformance should create a moment of pure joy for the public. For example you will be standing on the weekly Schillermarket in front of performance artists presenting their lives in process, and thereby stimulating and questioning our ideas of what art and life could be, open our minds, feel… gO(O)D… (Dirk Thorwarth)

WAITING
Stefan Riebel

Waiting is a series of live actions in which I am waiting for occurrences that I do not know of yet. I am waiting until there is something that was worth waiting for.

SHRINE FOR A TEMPORAL BODY
Mess Collective

Mess collective collaborate with international tattooist and performance artists to create a shrine for a contemporary spirituality. Over the course of a day, Marcus O’Shea of mess will be tattooed by hand in a live ritual using ink made from the ashes of texts found sacred to the artists of the collective. Creating a mobile shrine embedded in his skin, this event will be followed by an open discussion on contemporary pilgrimage and spirituality.
